The purchaser of any new or used instrument from Morse Instrument Repair has 7 days after receiving the instrument, during which time the instrument may be returned for a refund. The purchaser must inform Morse Instrument Repair, within 7 days of receipt of instrument, by email or in writing, of intent to return the instrument.

All international sales require a wire transfer rather than credit card. Please call or email to arrange your order.

Any domestic purchases of used instruments over $5000.00 require a wire transfer rather than credit card. Please call or email to arrange your order.

Return of any new instrument which was special ordered may result in a 20% restocking fee.

The purchaser is responsible for any shipping charges to the purchaser and for return shipping to Morse Instrument Repair. Shipping insurance is recommended. Purchaser is responsible for the instrument until it is back in the possession of Morse Instrument Repair.

Any damage will result in a reduction in the refund amount for the cost of any repair needed, and/or reduction in value of the instrument.
